Official WheelMates links

This hub is the official-only door. WheelMates is Firevolt’s two-player RC co-op, released 1 September 2026 on Steam PC and Steam Deck. If a site is not Firevolt, Steam, or a platform Firevolt linked from the homepage, it does not belong here. Fan wikis, leaked builds, and “free guest pass” blogs stay off this page on purpose.

Use these links to buy the game, read studio news, join the Discord that actually talks to the team, or grab press assets. Gameplay help lives on this wiki: Getting Started, the tier list, Updates, and Tools. Do not treat a social comment as a patch note until it also appears in Steam news.

Store and studio

WheelMates on Steam is the purchase page, Friend’s Pass download, Supporter Pack bundle, and system requirements grid. App ID 3905450. $19.99, 10% off through 15 September 2026. If a reseller URL looks cheaper, confirm you are still buying this app ID.

wheelmatesgame.com is the official site. It carries the Steam button, social icons, and the press kit. It is a studio page, not a second wiki. When the homepage and this wiki disagree on a date, trust Steam news, then update here.

Email: contact@firevoltstudio.com for press and business. Players with a crash should still start with logs and Discord, not a cold email. The log folder is documented on system requirements.

Discord and socials

Official Discord is the voice plan and the LFG board. WheelMates has no in-game voice chat. Firevolt has said to use Discord with your co-op partner, or to talk across the couch in split-screen. It is also where demo handling feedback went during 2026.

YouTube @WheelMatesGame for official trailers and gameplay. The release-date trailer sits on the Updates Hub. PS5 gameplay sits on Consoles. Do not invent extra video IDs.

Instagram @wheelmates_game and TikTok @wheelmatesgame for clips. Treat them as social, not as spec sheets.

If a handle looks similar but is not in this list, it is not official. Firevolt’s accounts use wheelmatesgame / wheelmates_game spellings as above.

Steam news

Steam news hub for WheelMates is the dated primary source. Announce (28 January 2026), demo (6 May), Next Fest (15 June), the 12 August date change to 1 September, and launch day all live there. This wiki’s Updates timeline paraphrases those posts so they sit next to Launch FAQ and gadget pages.

When a handling change matters in play — faster steering, less brake on throttle release, wall slides, DualSense icons, easier hookshot, magnet grab toggle — it started as a Steam or Discord note, then landed in co-op setup or the tier list. If you only follow TikTok, you will miss the log path and the RC Together folder name.

Press kit (official Drive)

Firevolt hosts a press kit on Google Drive, linked from the official site as PRESS KIT. That folder is the legitimate dump of logos, screenshots, and trailer stills for journalists and video essays. Use it. Do not scrape random CDNs or other wikis for “official” art.

This wiki does not mirror the Drive contents. We keep local Steam and press screenshots under /images/ for pages such as the Kitchen and Garage guides. If you need the full pack at original resolution, open the Drive from wheelmatesgame.com rather than hunting unofficial zip files.

What we will not list

No unofficial key shops. No random “WheelMates Trello” boards that the studio did not publish. No script sites. No fan Discord that merely copies announcements. If Firevolt adds a new official URL, it goes on this page. If a friend sends a mystery link, match it against the list above before you log in.

After you have the URLs

Buy or redeem on Steam, join Discord, add a second pad or a Friend’s Pass guest, then play. Getting Started is the first-hour guide. Walkthrough is the house in order. Gadgets rank on the tier list. Consoles wait in H1 2027 notes.
